General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 3 – Acceptance of the GTC
Any reservation or validation of a quotation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
Article 4 – Quotation and Reservation
Each service is subject to a personalized quotation.
The reservation is considered confirmed after:
• validation of the quotation,
• payment of a 50% deposit.
Article 5 – Prices
Prices are expressed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD).
As a self-employed professional, the Service Provider may be exempt from VAT in accordance with applicable legislation.
Article 6 – Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods:
• bank transfer,
• cash payment.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The balance is due on the day of the event before the service begins.
Article 7 – Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation:
In the event of cancellation by the Client, the 50% deposit is non-refundable, whatever the reason.
Rescheduling:
A rescheduling may be accepted only if:
• the request is made at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled date, and
• the Service Provider is available on the new date.
In this case, the deposit is carried over without refund.
⚠️ Any rescheduling request made less than 14 days before the event will be considered a cancellation, and the deposit will be retained by the Service Provider.
Article 8 – Obligations of the Service Provider
The Service Provider undertakes to provide the service in accordance with the accepted quotation and professional standards.
Article 9 – Obligations of the Client
The Client undertakes to:
• provide accurate information,
• guarantee access to and safety of the venue,
• ensure the presence of responsible adults during the event.
Article 10 – Liability
The Service Provider cannot be held liable for damage caused by the Client, guests, or the venue.
Article 11 – Force Majeure
Neither party may be held liable in the event of force majeure.
Article 12 – Personal Data
In accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08, the Client has the right of access, rectification and objection by writing to contact@lespetitsdadas.com.
Article 13 – Electronic Evidence
Electronic communications constitute valid proof in accordance with Law 53-05.
Article 14 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by Moroccan law.
Competent courts: Marrakech.
🛡️ Article 15 – Children, Insurance and Safety
The services offered by Les Petits Dadas are event entertainment services and do not constitute childcare, individual supervision, or educational care of children.
Children present during the services remain under the exclusive responsibility of their parents, legal guardians or accompanying adults throughout the event.
The Service Provider cannot be held liable for:
• accidents occurring outside the strictly supervised activities,
• unpredictable or inappropriate behavior of children,
• failure to comply with safety instructions given orally or in writing.
The Client declares that they have civil liability insurance covering the participants and undertakes to indemnify the Service Provider against any claim related to a breach of this obligation.
